FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 No. 156 of 1976 - SECT 11

11. A Judge shall, before proceeding to discharge the duties of his office,
take before the Governor-General, another Judge of the Court, a Justice of the
High Court or a Judge of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory an oath or
affirmation in accordance with the form in the Schedule.
