FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 No. 156 of 1976 - SECT 12

12. Sittings of the Court shall be held from time to time as required at the
places at which the registries of the Court are established, but the Court may
sit at any place in Australia or in a Territory.
