FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 No. 156 of 1976 - SECT 54

54. (1) The Court may, upon application by a party to an award made in an
arbitration in relation to a matter in which the Court has original
jurisdiction, make an order in the terms of the award.

(2) Subject to sub-section (3), an order so made is enforceable in the same
manner as if it had been made in an action in the Court.

(3) A writ of attachment shall not be issued to enforce payment of moneys
under an order made in accordance with this section.
