FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 No. 156 of 1976 - SECT 55

55. If the Sheriff or a Deputy Sheriff is a party to a proceeding in the
Court, all writs, summonses, orders, warrants, precepts, process and commands
in the proceeding which should, in the ordinary course, be directed to the
Sheriff shall be directed to such disinterested person as the Court or a Judge
appoints, and the person so appointed may execute and return them.
