In this Division--
"assessor" means an insurer, self-insurer, motor vehicle recycler,
motor dealer or other person prescribed by the statutory rules.
"total loss assessment" means an assessment made by or on behalf of, and in
the course of business of, an assessor as to whether or not a
notifiable light vehicle (anywhere in Australia) is a total loss.
