Recognition of statutory wills
26 Recognition of statutory wills
(1) A statutory will made according to the law of the place where the deceased
was resident at the time of the execution of the will is to be regarded as a
valid will of the deceased.
(2) In this section--
"statutory will" means a will executed by virtue of a provision of an Act of
New South Wales or other place on behalf of a person who, at the time of
execution, lacked testamentary capacity.
