CIVIL LAW (WRONGS) ACT 2002 - SECT 107A

In this chapter:

"apportionable claim"—see section 107B.

"concurrent wrongdoer"—see section 107D.

"defendant", in a proceeding, includes anyone joined as a defendant or other party in the proceeding (other than as a claimant), whether joined under this chapter, under rules of court or otherwise.
