CIVIL LAW (WRONGS) ACT 2002 - SECT 40

In this chapter:

"harm" means harm of any kind, and includes—

        (a)     personal injury; and

        (b)     damage to property; and

        (c)     economic loss.

"negligence" means failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
