FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 No. 53 of 1975 - SECT 20

Interpretation.
20. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears-

''Chief Judge'' means the Chief Judge of the Court, and includes a Senior
Judge for the time being performing the duties and exercising the powers of
the Chief Judge;

''Court'' means the Family Court of Australia;

''Full Court'' means the Family Court when constituted by three or more Judges
or when constituted in accordance with sub-section 28 (4);

''Judge'' means a Judge of the Family Court (including the Chief Judge or a
Senior Judge).
