THERAPEUTIC GOODS AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 204 of 1991 - SECT 8

8. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:

"(2) A person must not, in or in connection with an application for listing of
therapeutic goods, knowingly or recklessly make a statement that is false or
misleading in a material particular.";

   (b)  by inserting after subsection (7) the following subsection:

"(7A) A person to whom an authority under subsection 19(5) has been granted
must not supply the therapeutic goods to which the authority relates except in
accordance with:

   (a)  the authority; and

   (b)  any regulations made for the purpose of subsection 19(7).";
(c) by inserting in subsection (8) "or authority" after "approval".
