"accident notification form" means a form referred to in section 49.
"injured person" includes a person in respect of whom an
accident notification form is duly completed.
"lost earnings" means past loss of earnings resulting from injuries to an
injured person.
"treatment expenses" means expenses incurred in connection with the treatment
of an injured person, including hospital, medical, pharmaceutical and
rehabilitation expenses, but not including attendant care expenses.
