Advertising for members of boards before commencement
315 Advertising for members of boards before commencement
(1) Subsection (2) applies if, before the commencement, the Minister has
advertised for expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons
interested in being members of a board.
(2) The advertisement is taken to
have been made under section 24.
