Reporting obligations for prescribed public hospitals to continue
316 Reporting obligations for prescribed public hospitals to continue
(1) This section applies to the obligations under the repealed Act, part 4A
about reporting the performance of prescribed public hospitals.
(2) The
obligations under the repealed Act, part 4A continue to apply until a day
prescribed by regulation.
