HOSPITAL AND HEALTH BOARDS ACT 2011 - SECT 74A
Meaning of senior health service employee
(1) A
"senior health service employee" is a health service employee employed in a
position prescribed by regulation as a senior health service employee
position.
(2) Without limiting the matters to which the Minister may have
regard in deciding whether to recommend the making of a regulation under
subsection (1) , the Minister may have regard to the role, responsibilities
and functions performed by persons employed in the position.
