TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2009 - REG 15
What is a vehicle
A
"vehicle" includes—
(a) a motor vehicle, trailer and tram; and
(b) a
bicycle; and
(c) a personal mobility device; and
(d) an animal-drawn
vehicle, and an animal that is being ridden or drawing a vehicle; and
(e) a
combination;
but does not include a motorised mobility device, a wheelchair, a
train, a wheeled recreational device or a wheeled toy.
