(1) The first by-laws
of a community corporation come into operation when the
plan of community division is deposited in the Lands Titles Registration
Office.
(2) A resolution or
court order varying by-laws comes into operation when the certified copy of
the by-laws as varied is filed with the community plan by the
Registrar-General.
