71—Establishment of corporation
(1) A
community corporation is established when a plan of community division is
deposited in the Lands Titles Registration Office.
(2) The name of the
corporation is "Community Corporation No.
Incorporated"
where the number is the number of the deposited community plan.
(3) The abbreviation
"Inc." may be used in place of the word
"Incorporated".
(4) The address of the
corporation is the address of the corporation for the time being shown on the
certificate of title for the common property.
(5) The address may be
changed on application to the Registrar-General by the corporation in a form
approved by the Registrar-General.
