COMMUNITY TITLES ACT 1996 - SECT 72

72—Corporate nature of community corporations

A community corporation is a body corporate and—

            (a)         has perpetual succession; and

            (b)         may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and

            (c)         has the functions and powers assigned or conferred by or under this Act or any other Act.
