Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Division applies to a person whose licence is suspended but who was licensed at the time the conduct that forms the ground for disciplinary action occurred as if the person were a licensed building employee.
(2) The Authority must not give a show cause notice under Subdivision 3 in relation to a matter to a person whose licence is suspended after the end of the 3-year period immediately following the suspension if the suspension relates to that matter.
