CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 511

    (1)     The President, by instrument, may delegate to any magistrate for the Court any of his or her powers under section 506 or 510.

    (2)     In this section, "magistrate for the Court" does not include a reserve magistrate.
