CLIMATE CHANGE ACT 2017 (NO. 5 OF 2017) - SECT 4

    (1)     In this Act—

"forest carbon right" means—

        (a)     a carbon sequestration right; or

        (b)     a forestry right; or

        (c)     a soil carbon right.

    (2)     A forest carbon right is an interest in land.

    (3)     A forest carbon right is not an easement or right of way.
