Sanitary service for buildings hereafter erected For the purposes of section 181 where no amount has been incurred as therein mentioned for the year immediately preceding the completion of any sanitary works then the Crown or Rail Track (as the case may be) shall in and for every year pay to the Board a fair and reasonable amount for sanitary purposes.
