325. Relationship of this Part to remainder of Act

This Part is to be construed as conferring additional functions and powers on
the Board and the remainder of this Act in so far as it is not inconsistent
with this Part applies with such modifications and alterations as are
necessary in the performance of functions and the exercise of powers under
this Part by the Board. __________________
