Board may be committee of management

238. Board may be committee of management



(1) The Governor in Council may subject to and in accordance with the
provisions of section 14 of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 appoint
the Board to be a committee of management of any land referred to in that
section.

(2) The Governor in Council may subject to and in accordance with the
provisions of section 18 of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 place any land
temporarily or permanently reserved under section 4 of that Act under the
control of the Board.
