260. Powers etc. in this Part to be in aid of those other Parts of this Act



(1) The provisions of this Part shall be in aid and not in derogation of the
provisions of other Parts of this Act with respect to public rivers creeks and
water-courses within the metropolis.

(2) In addition to any other powers or authorities conferred or duties imposed
on the Board by this Part the Board shall have and may exercise for the
purposes of this Part and with respect to the waterways to which this Part
applies the same powers authorities and duties as it has under the other Parts
of this Act with respect to public rivers creeks and water-courses within the
metropolis.
