Communication with pipes of Board to be made under superintendence of officer

73. Communication with pipes of Board to be made under superintendence of
officer

Before any pipe is made to communicate with a pipe of the Board the person
intending to make such communication shall give two days' notice to the Board
of the day and hour when such pipe is intended to be made to communicate with
the pipe of the Board; and every such pipe shall be so made to communicate
under the superintendence and according to the directions of the surveyor or
other officer appointed for that purpose by the Board.
