Process for re-assessment


13. Process for re-assessment



An applicant who receives a notice of unsatisfactory assessment under
regulation 12(7)(b) or (8)(b) may apply to a certificate assessor for a
re-assessment after the expiration of 3 weeks after the date he or she
received the notice.
