14. Person may work while application is being processed



(1) This regulation applies to a person who has been issued with a notice of a
satisfactory assessment of competency (under regulation 12(7)(a)) or a notice
of equivalent competency under regulation 11(4).

(2) The person may perform any work in respect of which the notice applies-

   (a)  for 60 days from the date of issue of the notice; and

   (b)  if the person applies for a certificate of competency within that 60
        day period, until he or she is issued with the certificate or until 14
        days after he or she is given written notice that the application has
        been refused.
