Partial suspension or cancellation of a certificate

19. Partial suspension or cancellation of a certificate



(1) The Authority may suspend or cancel a certificate of competency with
respect to one or more of the types of work that the certificate authorises.



(2) Regulation 18 applies to any suspension or cancellation under this
regulation as if a reference to suspension or cancellation in that regulation
was a reference to partial suspension or cancellation.
