20. Suspension or cancellation of certificate of competency issued under other
legislation



(1) If the Authority believes that a ground for suspension or cancellation
listed in regulation 18(1) exists with respect to a certificate issued under
the Lifts and Cranes Act 1967, the Boilers and Pressure Vessels Act 1970 or
the Scaffolding Act 1971 or regulations made under those Acts, the Authority
may suspend or cancel that certificate.

(2) Regulations 18 and 19 apply to the suspension or cancellation of a
certificate under this regulation.
