Cancelled or suspended certificates must be returned

21. Cancelled or suspended certificates must be returned



(1) The holder of a certificate of competency that has been suspended or
cancelled by the Authority must return the certificate to the Authority within
14 days of the date a suspension or cancellation takes effect.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.

(2) If a certificate has only been partially suspended or cancelled, the
Authority must issue the certificate holder with a replacement certificate
setting out the types of work that the certificate still authorises the holder
to perform.

(3) The holder of such a replacement certificate must return it to the
Authority within 14 days of being reissued with the certificate that was
subject to the suspension.
