Holder to produce certificate A person who holds a certificate of competency referred to in regulation 7 must, within a reasonable time of a request being made by an inspector, produce the certificate to the inspector for examination and when so required by an inspector, provide a sample of his or her usual signature, as soon as is reasonably possible. Penalty: 100 penalty units.
