33. Expiry date of scaffolder's certificate has no effect



The date of expiry set out on a certificate of competency as a scaffolder has
no effect if the certificate was issued under the Scaffolding (Certification
of Scaffolders) Regulations 1992 or the Scaffolding (Certification of
Scaffolders) Regulations 1974 and was in force immediately before the day
these Regulations came into operation.
