Application forms must be filled in truthfully


32. Application forms must be filled in truthfully



A person must not provide false or misleading information-

   (a)  in any application form submitted to the Authority under these
        Regulations; or



   (b)  in support of any application made under these Regulations.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.
