In this Division
—
“industrial magistrate’s court”
means an industrial magistrate’s court established under Part III of the
Industrial Relations Act 1979 ;
“the court” means the industrial
magistrate’s court in which an action under this Division has been
brought;
“unfair” , in relation to dismissal,
includes harsh or oppressive;
“workplace agreement” is to be taken
to include —
(a) a
contract of employment that is governed by a workplace agreement; and
(b) a
contract of employment referred to in section 4H(3) or (4).
