80. Meter to be supplied and kept in order by consumer

Every person using or supplied with water for other than domestic purposes
shall if so required by the Board at his own expense provide a meter and keep
and maintain the same in good working condition to the satisfaction of such
officer as may be appointed by the Board. Every such person who neglects or
refuses to provide such meter after having been required by the Board so to do
shall for every day during which such neglect or refusal continues be liable
to a penalty of not more than 1 penalty unit.
