Penalty for removing or altering meter without notice

85. Penalty for removing or altering meter without notice

Every person who removes or alters the position of or in any way interferes
with any meter without giving such notice as aforesaid shall for each such
offence be liable to a penalty of not more than 1 penalty unit.
