Penalty for fixing uncertified meter


84. Penalty for fixing uncertified meter

Every plumber or other person who fixes or refixes any meter upon any premises
supplied with water by the Board without having first obtained a certificate
from the Board that the said meter has been examined and found in correct
working condition shall be liable to a penalty of not more than 1 penalty
unit.
